About Judy Spiers

Born in 1953, effervescent Judith Marilyn Spiers became a well loved celebrity across the South West of England. Judi, as she's more commonly known, began her TV career on Westward and later went on to appear on TSW.

Her whacky persona soon became her passport to success and she soon made the jump from local television to national BBC. In 1992 she became the presenter of Pebble Mill and later moved to BBC Radio 2. She can now be found on BBC Radio Devon and even pops up on Westcountry from time to time.
