Lifeworks' Vision
Lifeworks recognises individuals and promotes their abilities. We aim to provide them with the support to gain further independence and to be safe and happy.
Our vision for the future is to work closely with like-minded charities, government bodies, local authorities and private companies to expand our programmes. In collaboration with other organisations, we intend to deliver a much wider range of educational, training, care and recreational programmes. These will follow the needs of individuals and will be achieved by:
• enlarging our respite and residential support for families
• growing our youth clubs, skills academy, and sporting challenges to enhance oiconfidence and social interactivity
• establishing our Further Education College as a nationally recognised resource
• supporting young people to gain employment, live as independently as oipossible and become active members of the community
